My journey began in the field of pre-clinical colon cancer research, which ignited my passion for scientific advancements that improve human life. This led me to my next adventure in the dietary supplement and skincare industry - a unique intersection of biotech and consumer products.

During my time in the dietary supplement and skincare industry, I had the opportunity to lead the development of various apps and enterprise tools, deepening my expertise in digital product management. I also played a key role in co-designing a new business model that leveraged external data sources to create products tailored to consumers' needs and preferences. This strategic approach bolstered our competitive edge and accelerated our lead time (lead time was reduced by 80%), resulting in significant revenue growth (over 5 million USD) within just 6 months.
One of my most significant achievements during this period was the development and integration of a CRM system, Lead Tracking apps, and an Integrated Product Development Knowledge Hub app into a cohesive digital platform. This initiative streamlined operations and delivered remarkable cost savings of more than 6.5 million USD over three years.
